About me
My name’s Jenny. I’m a 40-something human (she/her) from Manchester, UK.
I live close to Manchester’s city centre with my 11 year-old Romanian rescue dog, Vulpe.
I’ve been vegan for 13+ years and I only use plant-based or other non animal-derived yarns/fibres. (Note that yarns on both sides of the vegan divide have environmental and/or ethical concerns – not that you asked, but as with all things I recommend you do the best you can in line with your own budget and values.)
I’ve had many attempts at knitting over the years but lost interest when it came to more complex patterns.
However, I learned to crochet in the summer of 2022 the first time I caught covid (read about it here) and I haven’t looked back since.
